Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX).\nwww.medmix.swiss\nResponsibilities\nCost Calculation and Analytics (~60%)\nBuild and maintain advanced Excel models to calculate Cost of Goods Manufactured for NPI, lifecycle changes, and footprint scenarios.\nConsolidate and validate inputs from Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Finance.\nRun scenario/sensitivity analyses (make vs. buy, site transfer, volume ramps, supplier switch, FX impacts) and provide clear recommendations.\nEnsure documentation, version control, and auditability of all cost models.\nAlign costing assumptions and standards with Finance (rates, overheads, allocation methods).\nOperations Footprint and Strategy Support\nSupport make-or-buy decisions with quantified cost baselines and risk/benefit views.\nContribute to global network assessments and strategic projects (e.g., plant openings/closures, transfers).\nAssess new products from a financial and risk perspective; provide costing inputs to gate reviews.\nProcess, Data, and Continuous Improvement\nOwn and improve operations master data relevant to costing (BOM attributes, routings, work centers, rates, scrap factors, lot sizes) in partnership with plants/IT.\nReview and improve operations processes related to costing; define templates, governance, and cycle-time targets.\nAssess maturity of production sites from a data/process standpoint and drive corrective actions.\nCoach and mentor stakeholders on cost drivers, Excel modeling standards, and decision-quality inputs; contribute to talent development.\n Must-have\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.\nAdvanced/Expert Excel skills (complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query; scenario/sensitivity analysis).
