Your team of dedicated experts in process and industrialization engineering will support you achieving your goals.\nPlease send your application in English language.\n Lead industrialization projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across different departments\nPlan and manage investments in molds, automation, and other high-value assets to improve efficiency and achieve production targets\nAnalyze current and future capacities of the machines and propose modifications of them to be effective and efficient\nSearch and implement improvements in machines and processes to make them more efficient, as automation technologies\nSupervise the design, development, and implementation of new molds, ensuring compliance with production requirements and quality standards\nManage the acquisition and integration of plastic injection molding and automatic machines into the production process, ensuring correct installation and performance\nValidate new products, molds, and materials according to required standards\nSelect engineering suppliers and support negotiations and conflict management\nKeep all documentation updated (flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, SOPs) according to the latest processes\nLead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment\n Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering\nExtensive experience in manufacturing and industrialization processes in injection molding\nExperience in automatic assembly projects, line relocations, new molds, new machines, and automation technologies\nProven record of first leadership experience managing midsized teams\nExperience with LCM, material changes, and validations.\nProficiency in executing IQ/OQ processes.\nWorking knowledge with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, Six Sigma and in Lean Management\nA project management certificate could be an advantage\nFluency in English and Spanish\n medmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.\n93% of our employees would go above and beyond to deliver results - do you have the drive to succeed?
