coordination of demand, supply, and inventory within our distribution hub.\nThis role is key to driving product availability, optimizing service levels, and supporting operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration.\nPlanning & Execution\nPlan and schedule demand, supply, and inventory for the distribution hub\nManage backlog in line with sales priorities, customer commitments, and the S&OP plan\nExecute replenishment based on forecast, safety stock, and inventory targets\nEnsure accuracy of planning parameters and master data in SAP\nAlignment & Customer Service\nPerform daily alignment with production sites regarding volumes, priorities, and constraints\nCoordinate regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery reliability and capacity alignment\nEnsure product availability to meet target customer service levels\nDefine, monitor, and adjust safety stock levels to mitigate service risks\nOptimization, Projects & Reporting\nOptimize material flow, inventory levels, and network decisions (e.g., plant allocation, transport)\nSupport global supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects\nTrack, analyze, and report key KPIs (service level, inventory, backlog, plan adherence)\nProactively identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities\n Work experience: 1 to 3 years previous
