This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities \nPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\nSupport cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysis\nMonitor and interpret manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights\nParticipate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data preparation and analysis\nPartner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, and corporate finance) to support business decisions\nMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements\nIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality\nAssist the Controller with ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or a related environment\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nExperience with ERP systems required;
