Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swiss\nJob purpose\nResponsible for assisting with the implementation, management, and administration of the quality management system and ensuring products are manufactured per quality and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\nMain Accountabilities and tasks\nMay participate in “on the floor” audits of production personnel to ensure adherence to procedures and training effectiveness\nConducts sampling, product testing, and visual inspection of components and/or finished goods; identifies nonconformances, if any, and ensures proper containment as required\nCompletes accurate, timely, and legible documentation of all inspection/testing data\nParticipates in weekly production walk-throughs to ensure quality compliance\nEngage in Safety, Quality, Production, and Plant related programs as required (Safety Observations, Meetings, Gembas, etc.)\nParticipates in continuous improvement objectives to assure compliance with regulations\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management\nMaintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes for medmix USA\nMaintains quality records procedure and coordinates non-conformance reporting\nCompiles, analyze, and interprets statistical data related to quality operations\nMay be required to cover position on their assigned shift due to absences for vacations, leave, etc.\nPerform all other miscellaneous duties as appropriately directed by Quality Management or designate\n Desired experience and qualifications\nWork Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a regulated workplace preferred\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent with education and experience.\nOther:\nExperience with injection molding processes, parameters, and troubleshooting is preferred.\n1-3 years of experience in a quality role preferred.\nProficiency in personal computers, especially word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation, and database software.\nAbility to learn quickly and maintain the Quality Assurance metrics\nKnowledge of ISO standards or the ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge as required for system compliance\nAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughly and to work independently with minimal supervision\nMust be organized and can follow a systematic method of performing tasks and the ability to organize and direct a project to completion\nMust be self-directed and motivated to optimally utilize the available time to organize and complete expected work within given deadlines and reasonable work schedules\nCommunication skills, both oral and written, as required to communicate effectively with others at all levels in the organization and to provide clear and concise reports and policies as needed.
