Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Creates required shipping documents and ensures documents are correct
• Assists with a daily review of scheduled shipments and coordinates with Operations Manager to effectively schedule order shipments
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies.
• Reports damages and inventory discrepancies
• Conducts daily inventory cycle counts and assists in COGI and PA clean up as needed.
• Assists doing Year-End physical inventory
• Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
• Documents and maintains inventory to ensures production are organization and clean
• Ensures the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse

Work experience: 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Ability to communication effectively both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers
• Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task and operate efficiently despite frequent interruptions
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• RF scanners
• MS Office products
• Ability to use copiers and document scanners
• Forklift operator license
