The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of product experience, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, and possesses the exceptional communication skills needed to align both technical teams and non-technical customers.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner closely with customers to define, document, and validate the scope, functionality, and usability requirements for software features.\nTranslate discovery findings into clear, actionable artifacts-user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes-so stakeholders can see and react to ideas, not just read about them.\nManage customer expectations transparently around feature development timelines, releases, and training-keeping communication proactive, not reactive.\nRepresent the product in customer-facing settings including demos, training sessions, and technical sales support as needed.\nAI-Powered Product Development\nLeverage AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code builder platforms, and vibe coding techniques to produce interactive prototypes that validate ideas before a single line of production code is written.\nDemonstrate new feature concepts to internal teams and customers using working builds-reducing ambiguity and accelerating stakeholder alignment.\nChampion AI-augmented workflows within the product team: prompt engineering for spec drafting, automated test case generation, rapid documentation, and more.\nStay current with the evolving AI tooling landscape and continuously bring high-value techniques back to the team.\nAgile Delivery & Scrum Execution\nOwn and maintain a well-groomed product backlog: write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, detailed test cases, and supporting visuals.\nCollaborate daily with the Scrum team-developers, QA, and design-to ensure features are built, tested, and shipped to spec and on schedule.\nCommunicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers to all stakeholders with clarity and consistency.\nDocumentation & Enablement\nAuthor and maintain customer-facing content: user manuals, in-app help, best practices guides, and release notes.\nDevelop internal documentation-feature specs, process guides, and onboarding materials-keeping knowledge accessible and up to date.\nSkills and Abilities:\n4+ years of experience in a product role-product management, product development, or a hybrid builder/PM function.\nDemonstrable history of using AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and ship working prototypes-\"vibe coding\" is your superpower, not a buzzword.\nSolid grounding in Agile/Scrum: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance-criteria definition.\nExperience writing functional requirements and detailed test cases in an Agile environment.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills-you write clearly, present confidently, and adapt your message for technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable working in the fast, ambiguous, high-ownership environment of a small, growth-stage company.\nProficiency with core productivity tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration platforms.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of the clinical research industry-sponsors, CROs, eClinical providers, or regulatory frameworks (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).\nHands-on experience with eClinical platforms (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent, RTSM, etc.).\nBackground in a formal AI builder or developer role where you shipped production-quality features with AI assistance.\nAbout Medrio:\nAt Medrio, we look for smart, capable, and conscientious people to help us expand our product capabilities, grow our business, and better serve our customers.
