This role focuses on provider experience, provider recruitment, network management, and provider-facing platform capabilities that improve network access, quality, and operational efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate has strong analytical and product management skills, a deep curiosity about provider behavior and demographics, and the ability to use data to execute on market opportunities, network gaps, and provider engagement strategies. This individual will partner closely with Network Solutions, Operations, Clinical teams, Data & Analytics, and Technology to deliver platform capabilities and business processes that strengthen provider relationships and improve provider participation, satisfaction, and performance.\nThis role treats the provider network not simply as an operational function but as a strategic product that requires ongoing investment, measurement, and optimization.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities\nProvider Network Strategy and Growth\nDefine and execute product strategies that improve provider recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement.\nAnalyze provider supply, demand, market coverage, geographic distribution, referral patterns, and specialty mix to identify network opportunities and gaps.\nPartner with provider recruitment and network operations teams to develop data-driven expansion plans.\nDevelop metrics and reporting that measure network health, provider participation, provider quality, and market coverage.\nProvider Experience\nServe as the voice of the provider across digital products, workflows, and operational processes.\nIdentify friction points throughout the provider lifecycle and prioritize improvements that reduce provider effort and administrative burden.\nGather and analyze provider feedback through surveys, interviews, operational metrics, and provider engagement activities.\nDesign provider-facing experiences that improve satisfaction, retention, and adoption.\nProduct Management\nOwn product roadmaps supporting provider management, credentialing, contracting, recruitment, provider data management, and network performance.\nTranslate business opportunities into product requirements and actionable delivery plans.\nCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to define capabilities that improve provider operations and network scalability.\nBalance business objectives, operational priorities, technology constraints, and provider needs when making prioritization decisions.\nDefine KPIs and success measures for provider-focused initiatives.\nAnalytics and Data Management\nLeverage provider demographic, geographic, performance, utilization, and referral data to drive strategic decisions.\nAnalyze provider network performance using claims, referral, scheduling, reimbursement, and operational datasets.\nDevelop business cases supported by quantitative analysis and measurable outcomes.\nPartner with data teams to improve provider master data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.\nUse predictive and analytical models to identify recruitment opportunities, network risks, and capacity constraints.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with Network Solutions, Clinical Operations, Contracting, Technology, Product Management, and Finance teams.\nCommunicate provider strategy, performance, and recommendations to executive leadership.\nLead stakeholder alignment efforts and build consensus around provider-focused investments and priorities.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, Provider Network Management, Network Strategy, Healthcare Analytics, or related healthcare operations.\nExperience working with provider networks, healthcare operations, managed care, workers' compensation, payer organizations, healthcare services, or healthcare technology platforms.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience interpreting large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.\nExperience with provider demographics, geographic analysis, provider performance metrics, and network optimization strategies.\nExperience developing business cases and prioritizing investments based on quantitative analysis.\nPreferred\nExperience with workers' compensation, physical therapy networks, imaging networks, DME suppliers, physician networks, or ancillary healthcare provider management.\nExperience with provider credentialing, contracting, recruitment, and onboarding processes.\nFamiliarity with provider master data management and provider directory platforms.\nExperience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Palantir Foundry, or similar analytical tools.\nKnowledge of provider access, adequacy, capacity planning, and network optimization methodologies.\nCore Competencies\nStrategic Thinking\nData-Driven Decision Making\nCustomer Focus\nProvider/Partner Relationship Management\nAnalytical Problem Solving\nProduct Management\nBusiness Acumen\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nInfluencing Without Authority\nMarket and Competitive Intelligence\nProcess Improvement\nCommunication and Executive Presence\nWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements\nThe work environment characteristics described here is representative of those of a standard office setting.
