experience in training, learning & development, or bill review operations\nKnowledge of medical billing, coding, and/or bill review processes (preferably Medata or similar platforms)\nStrong communication and presentation skills in English\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Medata Bill Review System or similar bill review platforms\nBackground in workers’ compensation, medical billing, or healthcare claims processing\nCertification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools\nKnowledge of US healthcare billing guidelines and fee schedules\nExperience in a BPO or shared services environment\nResponsibilities\nDeliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Medata bill review processes, system navigation, and client-specific guidelines\nFacilitate onboarding programs for new hires, including system training, workflows, and quality standards\nPartner with QA and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions\nUpdate and maintain training materials, job aids, and process documentation specific to bill review operations\nConduct refresher trainings and upskilling sessions to support performance improvement\nMonitor trainee progress through assessments, nesting support, and performance tracking\nProvide coaching and feedback to team members to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance\nEvaluate training effectiveness using reports, audits, and performance
