Regularly update plans to ensure a shared understanding of project status and timelines across departments.\n\nProject Management Software - Leverage project management software, including monday.com to track product status, resource allocation, equipment installation, procurement, maintenance requests, and other operational initiatives.\n\nRisk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the process.
