Обязанности:

  • Дашборды и отчетность: Построение дашбордов по загрузке врачей, загрузке коечного фонда, выручке на кв. метр, воронке записи и т.д..
  • Прогнозирование: Прогноз спроса на услуги (сезонность) для планирования графиков сменности персонала.
  • Unit-экономика: Расчет стоимости пути пациента, анализ маржинальности видов медицинских услуг (чеки, ДМС, разовые).
  • Анализ качества: Анализ возвратов пациентов, осложнений (с точки зрения нагрузки на ресурсы), повторных обращений.
Требования:
  • Уверенный SQL (обязательно), Python (pandas) или R.
  • Опыт визуализации: Power BI, Tableau или Metabase (умение делать не просто графики, а именно управленческие панели).
  • Понимание медицинской терминологии и структуры МИС (Медицинских Информационных Систем) - опционально.
  • Навыки статистического анализа (ABC/XYZ анализ).
