Together, we can save lives and create a real impact. \nWe seek a dynamic, results-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations and report directly to the COO. \nAs a Finance Manager, you will:\nLead Medsien’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.\nBuild and maintain financial models that support short-term execution and long-term strategic planning.\nDevelop accurate revenue, expense, headcount, cash-flow, and profitability forecasts.\nAnalyze company performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nCreate clear financial reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level insights for CEO, COO and other company leaders.\nPartner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Patient Growth, and other teams to build departmental plans and improve financial accountability.\nEvaluate pricing, customer profitability, unit economics, margins, investments, hiring plans, and resource-allocation decisions.\nBuild financial models for new products, programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.\nSupport cash management, runway planning, scenario analysis, and capital-planning decisions.\nPartner with internal and external accounting resources to ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with the company’s planning needs.\nImprove the reliability, consistency, and automation of financial data, reporting, and forecasting processes.\nEstablish scalable financial planning processes and operating rhythms as Medsien continues to grow.\nSupport board, investor, lender, financing, and due diligence materials as needed.\nServe as a strategic finance partner to leadership by turning financial and operational data into clear recommendations and decisions.\nPlease apply if you have:\n6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial planning, or a related finance role,\nStrong experience building and maintaining financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and long-range plans,\nDemonstrated ability to analyze business performance, identify meaningful trends, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations,\nExperience developing management reporting, KPI dashboards, budget-to-actual analyses, and executive-level financial presentations,\nStrong understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and the relationship between operational and financial performance,\nExperience partnering with business leaders to evaluate investments, headcount, pricing, resource allocation, and other strategic decisions,\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to build reliable and scalable financial models,\nStrong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage recurring planning and reporting processes,\nStrong executive communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly to non-finance leaders,\nAbility to work hands-on in a fast-growing organization while building more scalable financial processes and reporting systems.\nSome nice-to-have qualifications include experience in:\nExperience at a high-growth, venture-backed, SaaS, technology-enabled services, or healthcare technology company,\nUnderstanding of healthcare economics, medical billing, claims, reimbursements, or revenue-cycle operations,\nExperience supporting a business with recurring, usage-based, per-member, or service-based revenue,\nExperience analyzing unit economics, customer profitability, gross margins, pricing, and contribution margins,\nExperience with workforce planning, capacity modeling, sales commissions, and departmental budgeting,\nExperience preparing reporting and financial materials for executives, boards, investors, or lenders,\nExperience supporting fundraising, financing, due diligence, or strategic transactions,\nFamiliarity with accounting and finance systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or similar platforms,\nExperience improving financial data quality, reporting automation, and cross-functional planning processes,\nCPA, CFA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant finance credential.\nFor this position, we offer:\nCompetitive USD salary,\nGenerous vacation and PTO policies,\nFully remote work opportunities, \nTraining, mentorship, and coaching from leadership. \nOur Process \nWe will review your application along with all the others we receive and pick the top profiles for a screening call.
