Sales Representative

Contact potential customers and introduce the company’s TPA services.
Make outbound sales calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Present the company’s services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable TPA service packages.
Prepare and submit sales quotations and commercial proposals.
Follow up with prospective customers to close sales deals.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within the approved company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and potential deals.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Coordinate with the relevant internal departments to complete sales documentation and finalize contracts.
Monitor competitors’ offers and market pricing to support sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in sales.
Previous experience in medical insurance or TPA is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong selling and persuasion abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Good command of Arabic and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
