Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions
- Set up, and monitor production equipment
- Resolve minor malfunctions, and operate the production equipment
- Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
- Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument maker or similar
- Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
- Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred)

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Netherlands: 33,200.00 EUR - 49,800.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
