As an Associate Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure products are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.Primary Responsibilitie s\nManage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.\nCoordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nMonitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.\nTrack logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.\nSupport stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.\nParticipate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.\nMaintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSolid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes. \nFamiliarity in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments. \nExperience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is essential. \nDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support efficient, compliant, and high-quality supply chain operations. \nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
