This team partners with engineering, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders to support document change processes, master data management, and controlled records that help ensure compliance within a regulated medical device environment.This position is based in Manila and follows a hybrid work model with a fixed night shift schedule (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time).\nAs an Associate Quality Systems Specialist, you will support document control and quality systems activities by processing product and quality documentation changes, maintaining controlled records, and coordinating updates across multiple functions. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to work within established quality and compliance requirements.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProcess document and product change orders through established change control procedures.\nMaintain product master data, controlled documents, and Quality Management System records.\nReview engineering change documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance requirements.\nCoordinate documentation updates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.\nEvaluate proposed product and documentation changes to identify downstream impacts on systems and records.\nSupport implementation of customer and regulatory requirements within change control processes.\nMonitor change activities and documentation workflows to ensure compliance with quality procedures.\nPrepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for audits, inspections, and record retention.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), administration, quality support, document control, or related business operations.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience managing documentation, records, data accuracy, or process-related transactions.\nWritten and verbal English communication skills.\nWillingness to work a fixed night shift schedule in a hybrid work environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in quality systems, document control, records management, or compliance-related functions.\nExperience supporting customers or stakeholders in a global organization.\nExperience within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or life sciences.\nKnowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, or manufacturing documentation.\nExposure to Bill of Materials (BOMs), item masters, Design History Files (DHF), Device Master Records (DMR), or similar controlled documentation.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
