Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.As an Associate Remote Sales Representative I, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Diabetes business by engaging with prospective and existing customers through remote sales activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide patients through the sales process, build strong relationships, and help achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a FlexWork position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate
- Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies
- Promote and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
- Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems
- Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives
- Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor´s Degree completed
- Native or equivalent fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, acquired through native background, extensive residency, education, or professional experience in Brazil
- Professional proficiency in Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, telesales, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads and commercial targets
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel and related tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting or selling to patients in healthcare, medical devices, diabetes care, wellness, or related industries
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience working with Brazilian customers, patients, or stakeholders
