The team partners with stakeholders globally to evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks while delivering practical recommendations that support business objectives.This position is based in Singapore and works closely with audit professionals and business partners across multiple regions. The role requires collaboration with global teams and participation in audit engagements across a diverse business environment.\nAs an Auditor, you will support the execution of internal audit and advisory engagements across the organization. Working with audit leadership and business stakeholders, you will apply a risk-based approach to evaluate internal controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to high-quality audit outcomes. This role offers exposure to a broad range of operational, financial, and compliance processes while building expertise in audit methodology and stakeholder engagement.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nExecute audit engagements throughout planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting phases in accordance with internal audit methodologies and professional standards.\nPerform risk assessments and evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls.\nConduct audit testing, analyze results, and document observations, risks, and recommendations.\nIdentify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and root causes, and recommend practical corrective actions.\nPrepare clear audit workpapers, reports, and stakeholder communications.\nPartner with management and control owners to discuss findings, validate observations, and support remediation activities.\nMonitor audit timelines, prioritize assignments, and escalate risks or issues when appropriate.\nCollaborate with audit team members on departmental initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and advisory projects.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline and 2+ years of experience in audit, finance, internal controls, accounting, or operational risk.\nExperience performing audit testing, documentation, and control assessments.\nKnowledge of internal controls, risk assessment principles, and audit methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n margin-top:0in;\"> margin-top:0in;\">undefined\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance, internal control testing, or related assurance activities.\nProfessional certification in progress or completed, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).\nExperience in internal audit, public accounting, or multinational corporate environments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Visio and audit documentation tools.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographic regions.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
