The role requires strong commercial awareness, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to enable effective execution, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.Position Summary\nThe Technical Service Channel Specialist supports service channel operations across SEA/APAC, with a focus on partner coordination, process compliance, installation base management, and operational execution. The role acts as a key liaison between Medtronic, service providers, and channel partners to ensure consistent service delivery and strong governance.\nThis position requires commercial awareness, strong documentation discipline, data analysis capability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The Specialist will also support process training, reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution to enable efficient and compliant service operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate with service providers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to support service channel operations across SEA/APAC.\nManage backend documentation, trackers, reports, and process records with accuracy and timeliness.\nSupport onboarding, renewals, and operational alignment with service providers and channel partners.\nAssist with Analyzing calls data, including data accuracy, updates, and reporting.\nConduct and support process training for internal teams, service providers, and channel partners.\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nPrepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reviews and leadership discussions.\nApply commercial understanding to support service channel planning and partner coordination.\nSupport governance, compliance, and process adherence across service channel activities.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service effectiveness.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.\n3+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Service Operations, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or related functions.\nExperience working with service providers, vendors, distributors, or channel partners.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently in a regional and cross-functional environment.\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience supporting regional operations.\nExperience with contract or vendor management.\nKnowledge of Power BI or SAP.\nExperience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
