This position is based in Bucharest, Romania, and reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor within the EMEA RLM Customer Care & Order Operations organization. You will work closely with colleagues across Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs, gaining exposure to end-to-end order-to-cash processes in an international environment. The role follows a hybrid working model, offering flexibility while supporting collaboration and development. Offered as a maternity leave replacement, the position is available on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Travel requirements are minimal. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP and related systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support and updates related to orders, deliveries, returns, and credits
• Monitor and manage the order lifecycle from order entry through delivery, proactively resolving issues and coordinating escalations when needed
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer and transactional data while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and participating in automation, standardization, and digital transformation projects

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience using SAP or other ERP systems, working within shared services or multinational organizations, and familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries will be particularly well suited for this role.
