This role will partner with global teams to ensure deployment readiness, compliance, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes while supporting operational stability and regulatory requirements within a global healthcare technology environment. This is a remote position. Candidates based in Bogotá or surrounding areas are preferred, but qualified candidates across Colombia will also be consideredResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nLead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments\nEnsure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards\nSupport release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning\nDrive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability\nCollaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards\nPromote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability, documentation, and governance practices\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.\nExperience working as a DevOps Engineer supporting development, deployment, and operational environments\nStrong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices\nExperience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes\nExperience with monitoring and observability solutions\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nEnglish proficiency C1-C2\nExperience working with global teams in regulated environments and supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions is desirable\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
