The team is responsible for maintaining documentation frameworks, supporting automation solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across HRS.This position is based in Taguig, Philippines and follows a hybrid work arrangement. As part of a global team, the role requires flexibility to participate in meetings outside of standard local business hours to support stakeholders across multiple regions.\nThe Documentation Enablement Specialist supports the maintenance, optimization, and delivery of documentation processes, document automation solutions, and training resources across Human Resources Services. This role combines document management, automation support, onboarding, training delivery, and knowledge enablement to help ensure documentation standards, systems, and resources remain accurate, effective, and scalable.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nMaintain and update automated document templates and supporting data sources following approved governance processes.\nSupport document automation tools and workflows to ensure reliable document generation and data integrity.\nTroubleshoot document automation, template, and data source issues and implement process improvements.\nCoordinate recurring large-scale document generation activities and documentation cycles.\nMaintain SharePoint repositories, document libraries, metadata structures, and template organization.\nDeliver onboarding and user training sessions on documentation tools, templates, and processes.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation, and knowledge resources.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for documentation standardization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in documentation management, document automation, training, Human Resources operations, or business support functions.\nAdvanced Microsoft Word skills including complex formatting, mail merge, and document template administration. \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookup functions, and structured data management.\nExperience supporting document automation tools, document generation processes, or workflow solutions.Experience delivering training, onboarding support, and knowledge transfer activities. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing SharePoint document libraries, metadata, and content organization.\nExperience supporting large-scale or recurring documentation processes in a global organization.\nExperience creating and maintaining training materials, knowledge articles, and user guides.\nExperience in continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.\nExperience collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
