The team partners with engineering and manufacturing groups to maintain equipment performance, support process improvements, and ensure reliable, high-quality production operations.The Engineering Technician provides hands-on technical support for manufacturing equipment, production processes, and engineering initiatives. This role partners with engineers and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, support process optimization activities, and help maintain safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.\nThis is a temporary (1-year contract), on-site position based in Yokneam.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support for manufacturing equipment, processes, and engineering projects.\nTroubleshoot equipment, instrumentation, and process issues to minimize production downtime.\nMonitor equipment performance and collect operational, calibration, inspection, testing, and repair data.\nPerform technical investigations and resolve equipment malfunctions and process deviations.\nSupport process improvement initiatives focused on yield, cycle time, quality, safety, and cost.\nAssist with implementation and sustainment of 5S and visual management activities.\nSupport workstation organization, material flow improvements, and workplace standardization.\nContribute to production line layout optimization and productivity improvement projects.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1+ years of technical experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or production operations.\nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, instrumentation, or production processes.\nExperience collecting, documenting, and analyzing equipment or process performance data.\nAbility to read and follow technical procedures, work instructions, and documentation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and process control activities.\nExperience supporting manufacturing process optimization and productivity improvement projects.\nFamiliarity with quality systems and compliance requirements within a manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
