This role partners with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant software solutions that meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements.Primary Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, implement, test, and maintain Windows desktop applications with hardware integration capabilities.\nParticipate in software architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, define technical solutions, and support product development initiatives.\nDevelop and execute software testing and debugging activities to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation to support regulatory compliance, product development, and business requirements.\nContribute throughout the product lifecycle, including planning, design, development, verification, release, deployment, and post-release support.\nApply Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance, software quality, and development efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 4 to 8 years of software development experience.\n4+ years of experience designing and developing Windows desktop applications using C#, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and related Windows technologies.\nExperience developing graphical user interface (GUI) applications and integrating software with hardware devices.\nExperience with object-oriented design principles, software architecture patterns, and application design patterns.\nExperience working within Agile software development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the medical device industry or another regulated industry subject to quality and regulatory requirements.\nExperience with networking and communication protocols used in distributed software systems.\nKnowledge of software security practices, risk analysis, and secure software development methodologies.\nExperience supporting products through the complete software development lifecycle.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
