Youll lead with purpose breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected compassionate world.\nThis role follows a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with inperson collaboration requiring onsite attendance at the Cairo Festival City office three times a week. The position reports to the designated regional finance controller and involves collaboration with internal teams as well as coordination with external authorities and auditors. This position is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who exhibits confidence in managing complex deliverables while maintaining strong alignment with organisational policies compliance requirements and established financial governance frameworks.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nMaintain and oversee the control of accounts and records in areas such as disbursements expenses and tax payments\nCompile financial information to record transactions prepare reports and review the accuracy of underlying data\nConduct balance sheet reviews and assist with month end closing where applicable\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard 15 and ensure proper application across relevant transactions\nEnsure adherence to accounting policies procedures and internal controls\nAct as the primary contact for statutory and tax audits coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely completion\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nBachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with a minimum of four years relevant experience in financial accounting reporting or audit within a multinational environment\nProficiency with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis reconciliations and reporting\nStrong skills in problem solving communication and teamwork that support effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines across monthly cycles and project based deliverables while working with guidance appropriate to the role\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package\nA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
