This role focuses on reviewing employee expense reports submitted via Concur identifying policy violations potential misuse and irregularities and ensuring alignment with internal travel and expense (T&E) policies. The analyst will work closely with both Global Compliance and regional Finance teams across the EurAsia region helping to foster a culture of accountability and transparency.\nIn this role you are expected to be located in Cairo - Egypt. Please note this role offers a temporary contract.Review employee expense reports in Concur to ensure compliance with internal T&E policies flag irregularities violations or potential abuse.\nIdentify and escalate recurring issues or trends to Global Compliance and regional Finance teams.\nCollaborate with regional Finance and Global Compliance to align on policies share insights and recommend corrective actions.\nProduce concise data-driven reports on findings trends and areas of concern for internal stakeholders.\nMaintain organized and accurate records of expense reviews investigations and outcomes.\nSupport improvements in expense control processes and identify gaps in policy enforcement or system usage.\nAssist with compliance reviews audits and ad hoc projects related to T&E activity in the EurAsia region.\nServe as a point of contact for T&E compliance questions within the region.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.\n1 year of experience in financial controls compliance internal audit or a similar role.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or inconsistencies in data.\nEffective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate across departments and regions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.\nFluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.\nFamiliarity with regional business practices and regulatory requirements in the EurAsia region is a plus.\nPreferred Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.\nExperience working in a multinational or regional compliance environment.\nAdditional language skills relevant to the EurAsia region are advantageous.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nBenefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package\nA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
