The FSE is also responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, maintenance, and de-installation of all MIDAS systems at customer sites. The FSE works closely with Sales Team Members and the customer to help coordinate on-site visits. The FSE also provides feedback to the Marketing, Quality, Production and Engineering groups to continually evaluate the performance of products in the field. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, quick to learn, and flexible to travel for week-long assignments on short notice.We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the Fort Worth area, and travel to multiple accounts throughout the nation. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves 75% amount of travel outside the Fort Worth area, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.\nMIDAS Services:\nMIDAS ensures proper operation of surgical drills for spinal, cranial, ENT, orthopedic, and other surgical procedures. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation; enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: This individual will work on-site at the Medtronic Fort Worth facility when not at a service assignment\n\nTerritory: This position serves the continental United States\n\nTravel: This position will require over 75% of travel including overnight travel.\n\nEquipment: This position will service the Midas MR-8 platform\n\nA Day in the Life\nPerform installations, inspections, verification, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure the successful operation of MIDAS systems.\n\nMaintain and submit technical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.\n\nProvide information from experiences in the field to colleagues in the office as well as updates to the database.\n\nProvide input to service processes to ensure continuous improvement and evolution of the Field Service organization.
