This role contributes to the delivery of scalable Salesforce capabilities through application development, platform configuration, integrations, and adoption of Salesforce AI technologies while partnering with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nDesign and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.\nBuild AI-enabled business capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce AI features.\nDevelop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, platform events, and REST-based services.\nConfigure and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and workflow automation following platform best practices.\nImplement Salesforce security controls including Organization-Wide Defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, field-level security, and restriction rules.\nIntegrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, platform events, and other integration frameworks.\nParticipate in solution design discussions and recommend approaches that improve scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.\nTroubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain high-quality code through unit testing and deployment standards.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering OR Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or Science (MSc) with 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.\nExperience in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.\nExperience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, platform events, and asynchronous Apex technologies.\nExperience with Salesforce security architecture including Organization-Wide Defaults, role hierarchy, sharing models, permission sets, and field-level security.\nExperience with Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD practices, deployment tools, and Agile delivery methodologies.
