This team partners with Sales, Service, Enterprise Accounts, and Commercial Operations stakeholders to support CRM capabilities across the Americas region and advance execution excellence through scalable, reliable technology solutions.This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work model. The role collaborates with globally distributed business and technology teams to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Salesforce applications and related business processes.\nAs a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will support the quality assurance lifecycle for Salesforce solutions that enable commercial business processes across the Americas. This role is responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, release validation, and continuous improvement of quality practices to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nReview business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs to define testing scope and approach.\nDevelop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data for Salesforce applications.\nPerform functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce solutions.\nValidate Salesforce configuration, security, automation, and custom functionality including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, profiles, and permission models.\nTest integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and batch-processing interfaces.\nLog, track, retest, and report defects using Agile delivery and defect-management tools.\nSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, and post-deployment testing activities.\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, product owners, and business users to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nBachelor's degree and 3+ years of software testing experience, including 2+ years testing Salesforce applications.\nExperience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.\nExperience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability documentation.\nExperience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies.\nExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-management tools in Agile/Scrum environments.
