A Day in the Life

As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of medical products and devices by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient supply chain operations. You will monitor device usage and procedure activity, manage replenishment activities, perform inventory control processes, and support billing validation efforts. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure products are available where and when they are needed while contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, support operational excellence initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of life-changing healthcare technologies.

• Monitortheconsumptionofmedicaldevicesandtrackprocedureactivitytoensureinventoryaccuracyandproductavailability
• Placereplenishmentorderstomaintainagreedinventorylevelsandsupportbusinessrequirements
• Manageinventorylevels,investigatediscrepancies,andsupportinventoryoptimizationactivities
• Performbilling-relatedcheckstoensureaccuratetransactionsandcompliancewithestablishedprocesses
• Conductfullandpartialcyclecountsandsupportinventorycontrolinitiatives
• Coordinatetheflowofgoods,services,andinformationtosupportcustomerandoperationalrequirements
• Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders,suppliers,andlogisticspartnerstoresolvedeliveryissuesanddriveprocessimprovements

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor'sDegreewith 2yearofrelevantexperience
• Experienceinsupplychain,logistics,inventorymanagement,warehouseoperations,orarelatedoperationalenvironment
• Experiencemonitoringinventorylevels,replenishmentactivities,andinventorycontrolprocesses
• Experienceperforminginventoryreconciliations,cyclecounts,andinvestigatinginventorydiscrepancies
• ExperienceusingERP,inventorymanagement,warehousemanagement,orsimilarbusinesssystems
• Abilitytoanalyzeoperationalandinventorydata,performbilling-relatedchecks,andcollaborateeffectivelywithinternalstakeholders
