We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.This is a 2nd shift position, which is M-Th 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM.\nResponsibilities may include:\nOperate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment. \nFollow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals. \nPerform basic machine setup activities and make routine adjustments as needed. \nMonitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation. \nConduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment. \nVerify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures. \nSupport statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control activities as required. \nComplete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. \nPerform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance activities on equipment. \nEscalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members. \nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. \nCollaborate effectively with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives. \nMust Have: Required Qualifications\n0 Years of experience required. \nNice to Have: Preferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience. \nExperience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing. \nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions. \nBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. \nAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. \nBasic computer skills for documentation and data entry. \nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. \nFamiliarity with measuring tools, gauges, calipers, or inspection equipment. \nExperience following quality procedures and production documentation requirements. \nFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nThe physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
