The team partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other engineering functions to sustain manufacturing processes, introduce equipment, expand capacity, and drive continuous improvement. This position follows a hybrid work model, with onsite presence required to support manufacturing activities.The Manufacturing Engineer will provide hands-on engineering support for production processes and equipment. The role monitors process performance, leads equipment and capacity projects, investigates manufacturing failures, prepares and maintains engineering documentation, and ensures that processes comply with applicable medical-device manufacturing requirements. The successful candidate will help improve process stability, productivity, quality, and manufacturing readiness through data-driven problem solving and effective cross-functional collaboration.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nMonitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control and develop effective process-monitoring techniques\nLead small to medium projects for the selection, installation, qualification, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment\nInvestigate process and equipment failures using structured root-cause analysis and support nonconformance, corrective action, and preventive action activities\nCreate and maintain engineering change orders, work instructions, equipment files, validation protocols, and validation reports\nManage manufacturing equipment and capacity requirements in accordance with production demand. Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations and quality-system requirements for medical devices \nCollaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve production issues and implement sustainable improvements\nPrioritize engineering deliverables based on business needs, project criticality, product quality, and production continuity. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience\nExperience managing small to medium engineering projects\nPractical familiarity with manufacturing technologies, production methods, and engineering documentation\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Six Sigma methods and structured root-cause analysis\nExperience in the medical-device industry or another regulated manufacturing environment\nExperience with process and equipment qualification or validation\nExperience using SOLIDWORKS. \nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
