In this role, you will support hospitals and healthcare professionals in the use of endoscopy technologies while learning from experienced field team members.\nDuring the internship, you will gain hands-on experience with clinical software, medical device setup, basic troubleshooting, and customer support in hospital environments. You will also learn how to collaborate with healthcare professionals and hospital IT teams, while developing technical, communication, and problem-solving skills within a regulated healthcare environment.\nInternship details:\nStart date: October 2026\nDuration: 6 months\nWorking hours: 40 hours per week\nWork model: National territory travel will be required regularly andinternational travel availability is required for a one week onboarding training in one of the European Medtronic's offices. During the internship, a minimum of 2 full working days per week availability is required.\nLocation: preferably in the Amsterdam, Maastricht, Eindhoven or Heerlen area, although candidates from other locations within the Netherlands are encouraged to apply\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nSupport the Endoscopy field team with technical activities in hospitals and clinical environments\nAssist the Endoscopy field team in working with healthcare professionals, including technicians, nurses, and doctors, during system use and implementation.\nAssist with clinical software setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting\nWork with hospital IT teams on connectivity, LAN setup, and related technical requirements\nDocument customer interactions, technical issues, actions taken, and follow-up steps accurately\nBuild hands-on experience in customer communication and field support within a regulated healthcare environment\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nCurrently in the studies, with graduation in 2027, 2028, 2029\nDegree in Engineering, Biomechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or similar \nBased in the Netherlands, preferably but not mandatory in the Amsterdam, Maastricht, or Heerlen area\nFluency in English\nGood knowledge of Windows operating systems\nWillingness to travel within the Netherlands.
