The ideal candidate will have a passion for the patients we serve and an unrelenting commitment to our new venture in Malaysia.\nThe Principal Technical Analyst will help unlock business value through IT capabilities and assets. The role also coordinates with IT COEs, managed services, Global IT functions, business partners, and external vendors to support and manage the technical needs of the platform. The ideal candidate needs to be a collaborative leader who can effectively engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead daily IT operations and participate in Tier meetings to align with site priorities.\nManage business and IT escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.\nOversee site-specific operational demands and drive delivery of KPIs.\nEnsure on-time, on-budget delivery of IT projects / product transfers and strategic programs with first-time quality.\nSupport critical manufacturing applications in collaboration with Apps COE’s (ERP, MES, Labelling, shop floor systems).\nChampion and support operational excellence efforts (Gemba, Kaizen, problem-solving).\nTranslate global IT strategy into local execution plans aligned with site goals.\nManage IT vendors, contracts, SOWs, and POs to ensure service quality and compliance as needed.\nDrive continuous improvement through standardized processes, KPIs, and the MPS framework.\nMaintain system health, infrastructure stability, and quality of IT services.\nSupport the execution of the multi-year IT capability roadmaps.\nLeads change management initiatives aligning local execution with global IT strategy.\nProvides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management.\nEnsures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nComputing Degree or Relevant Qualification with 7-9 years management experience.\nAdvanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.\nPractical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.\nProject leadership experience required\nFluent in Malay and English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with enterprise manufacturing applications (MES, ERP, Labelling, Quality, Maintenance.)\nBackground in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO)· Experience in IT ownership for Product Transfer activities.\nFinancial acumen, including IT budget oversight· Proven leadership of strategic IT projects and cross-functional initiative.\nStrong people management and team leadership skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional and on-site teams with a focus on growth and engagement.\nStrong skills in project planning, portfolio, and resource management· Hands-on incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) execution.\nExperience in IT business continuity and disaster recovery within mfg environment.
