A Day in the Life
The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio supports healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias through innovative pacing and defibrillation technologies. The team partners with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders to expand patient access to life-changing therapies while driving commercial growth across the region. Based in Pretoria, South Africa, this role supports customer engagement, clinical education, and market development activities within an assigned territory.As a CRM Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting cardiac rhythm management products within an assigned territory. Working closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, provide product and clinical support, and contribute to achieving sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:

- 1 to 3 years sales experience in cardiac products/CRM

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in:
- Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Technology
- Life/Medical Science
