If you’re interested in using cutting-edge technology to improve the standard of care in surgery on a global scale, this could be the place for you.\nAs a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, focused on algorithm optimization, you will help to design, implement, and optimize Machine Learning models to achieve low latency on edge and cloud devices. You will become part of a talented team exploring new concepts through fast iterative prototyping. You will collaborate as an AI optimization expert with our other machine learning engineers, platform engineers, embedded software engineers and research experts of the team.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nBenchmarking and optimizing different existing network architectures and their latency in different target platforms.\nFurther re-designing or optimizing existing network architectures to improve their forward flow and reduce latency.\nDeveloping production pipelines in the cloud or edge devices to process surgical videos in real-time with our optimized models.\nDelivering well-written and high-quality code.\nSharing results during regular meetings.\nStaying updated with state-of-the-art methods and propose novel approaches for problems at hand (we try to devote time to do research and share it with the team).\nRequired Qualifications:\nA Master or PhD in, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Vision/Machine Learning or similar related field.\nProven ability to design and build computer vision networks using Pytorch.\nKnowledge of different optimization methods (e.g. pruning, sparsity, quantization etc..).\nExperience with AI optimization tools (e.g. TensorRT).\nVery knowledgeable in Python and relevant numerical libraries (numpy, scikit-learn, opencv, etc.).\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\nComputer Vision.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced knowledge on AI-based optimization methods (QAT, Knowledge Distillation, Network Sparsification etc..).\nKnowledge of AWS cloud and experience with their services (EKS, ECS, ...) and docker.\nKnowledge of C++ and CUDA, and ideally experience writing custom kernels / operators.\nData visualization experience would also be useful for this role.\nExcellent communicator - You are comfortable talking with programmers, marketers, surgeons, business leaders, and everyone in-between.\nExperience of working in video processing or equivalent performance sensitive or high-performance applications.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
