This role is part of the Verification and Validation (V&V) function, focused on ensuring product quality through test strategy development, requirements traceability, manual testing, and test automation across complex electro-mechanical systems.This position is based in India and follows a Flex work model, combining remote and in-office work. No travel is required for this role.\nThis role is responsible for developing and executing verification and validation activities for complex medical device systems. The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer partners with cross-functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into test protocols, establish automated testing solutions, maintain design control documentation, and ensure complete requirements coverage throughout the product development lifecycle.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop test protocols and validation strategies based on system and product requirements.\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scenarios.\nExecute system-level and software-level verification activities for complex electro-mechanical products.\nPerform requirements traceability analysis to ensure complete test coverage.\nCreate and maintain design control documentation in accordance with Quality Management System requirements.\nCollaborate with software, systems, hardware, and quality engineering teams to resolve product issues and testing challenges.\nIdentify technical risks, limitations, and verification gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.\nSupport continuous improvement of test methodologies, automation approaches, and product quality practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of software testing experience.\nExperience developing test protocols and executing verification and validation activities for software-based systems.\nExperience with software test automation frameworks and automated testing methodologies.\nExperience with requirements management tools and configuration management tools.\nExperience documenting and maintaining design control artifacts within regulated development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience testing medical devices or other regulated products.\nExperience with Ranorex, Playwright, Selenium, C#, .NET, and Python.\nKnowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) software regulations and guidance.\nKnowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and related medical device standards.\nExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams in product development environments.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
