Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.\nA Day in the Life\nAs a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will contribute to the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of software products by designing and executing manual and automated test strategies for web and cloud applications. The role partners closely with software development, systems engineering, and quality teams to ensure product requirements are verified through comprehensive validation activities.Primary Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and cloud-based software systems.\nCreate and maintain test plans, test protocols, traceability documentation, and test reports supporting verification and validation activities.\nDevelop and enhance test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, Playwright, Requests library, Robot Framework, or equivalent technologies.\nPerform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to verify software requirements and product performance.\nExecute REST API testing and automation using Postman or similar tools and validate application behavior across integrated systems.\nCollaborate with software development and systems engineering teams to investigate defects, identify root causes, and verify corrective actions.\nSupport software development lifecycle activities, including requirements reviews, risk-based testing, and regulatory documentation deliverables.\nConduct test tool validation activities and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, frameworks, and quality practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline with 8+ years of software engineering or software test engineering experience.\n5+ years of experience testing web-based applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.\nExperience with REST API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.\nExperience developing automated tests using Python and Web UI automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright, and API automation using Requests library, Robot Framework, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience creating test documentation and executing verification and validation activities within a structured software development lifecycle.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with non-functional testing, including performance, load, scalability, or web application security testing.\nAWS Foundational or equivalent cloud certification.\nISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent software testing certification.\nExperience working within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry environments.\nExperience with Git, Jenkins continuous integration pipelines, Agile development methodologies, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
