Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.\nA Day in the Life\nThe Salesforce Technical Lead will support Global Commercial Office (GCO) Sales Enablement initiatives across the Americas, serving MS, CV, NS Operating Units, as well as Remote Sales and Enterprise Account teams. This role provides hands-on technical leadership to design, develop, and stabilize scalable Salesforce CRM solutions. The position is key to enabling standardized, cost-effective delivery while driving execution excellence and intelligent selling capabilities.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\nResponsible for evaluating and designing, developing or modifying programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing.\n\nAnalyze existing programs and/or formulate logic for new systems.\n\nDevelop system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.\n\nCreate ad hoc or bolt-on programs for integrations or functional business teams as needed.\n\nDevelop conversion and system implementation plans.\n\nPrepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.\n\nRecommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.\n\nTrain users in system enhancements and modifications.\n\nProvide patch and software upgrades to existing systems as required.\n\nCorrect program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation for program support.\n\nAnalyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.\n\nWorks closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs.\n\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\nOverall 7 years of IT experience with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).\n\nExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).\n\nProven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.\n\nExperience working in large-scale, global CRM implementations.\n\nStrong understanding of data models, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce.\n\nAbility to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
