The team partners closely with Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Production to implement scalable manufacturing solutions, improve process performance, and support business growth through operational excellence.As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead and support manufacturing process development, process improvements, equipment implementation, and production support activities. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and compliance while serving as a technical expert across cross-functional projects and operational initiatives. This position is based in Yokneam and follows an onsite work model.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead the design, development, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and production methods.\nDevelop and implement manufacturing solutions that improve product quality, yield, throughput, and cost performance.\nDesign and optimize production layouts, equipment configurations, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency.\nEvaluate manufacturing equipment performance, identify process gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nPartner with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to support product introductions, design transfers, and design-for-manufacturing initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process specifications, and validation protocols.\nApply statistical process control and data analysis techniques to monitor and improve process capability.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and project support to manufacturing engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience OR Master's degree and 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.\nExperience developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes in a regulated industry.\nExperience with process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.\nExperience with statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.\nKnowledge of manufacturing equipment, process validation, and quality system requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing industry.\nExperience supporting new product introduction (NPI), technology transfer, or process scale-up activities.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and influencing technical decisions.\nSix Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent process improvement certification.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
