This team partners closely with site leadership, operations, engineering, quality, and facilities to drive a proactive safety culture and sustainable business practices.\nThis position is based in Juarez, Mexico and follows an onsite work style. No travel is required. The role requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively support local operations and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.\nJob Description field\nThe Sr EHS Supervisor leads the execution of Environmental, Health and Safety programs at the Juarez site. This role partners with site leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, strengthen safety performance, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The position provides leadership for EHS initiatives, incident prevention, employee engagement, and environmental stewardship.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead the implementation and continuous improvement of site Environmental, Health and Safety programs.\nEnsure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and occupational regulations, permits, and company standards.\nSupervise EHS activities, priorities, and performance to support site objectives and operational needs.\nConduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and hazard identification activities to prevent incidents and occupational injuries.\nInvestigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nPartner with operations, engineering, facilities, and leadership teams to integrate EHS requirements into business processes and projects.\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs to employees, supervisors, and contractors.\nMonitor EHS metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance, trends, and improvement opportunities to site leadership.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 6+ years of Environmental, Health and Safety experience, with 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.\nExperience managing EHS compliance programs in a manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.\nProfessional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.\nExperience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience supporting medical device, pharmaceutical, electronics, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nProfessional certification in Environmental, Health and Safety or related discipline.\nExperience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.\nExperience leading continuous improvement initiatives and safety culture transformation programs.\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
