The Supply Chain function enables product availability and operational performance through integrated planning, inventory management, sourcing, manufacturing support, and logistics activities across the business. Based in Yokneam, this is an onsite leadership role with responsibility for managing supply chain operations and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.Lead a supply chain team responsible for planning, inventory management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination within the Endoscopy Operating Unit. This role oversees the development and execution of supply chain strategies, supports business growth initiatives, and drives operational performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead supply chain planning and execution activities to support customer demand and business objectives\nDevelop and implement supply chain strategies addressing capacity, inventory, and network optimization\nManage and develop a team of supply chain professionals and supervisors, including performance management and talent development\nSupport new product introductions, product launches, and business initiatives through effective planning and cross-functional coordination\nMonitor supply chain performance metrics and drive actions to improve service, inventory, and operational efficiency\nPartner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve operational challenges\nAnalyze supply chain data to identify risks, drive decision-making, and improve operational performance\nEstablish and execute operational plans, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives across the function.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 5+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or logistics experience\nExperience leading teams, including performance management, coaching, and employee development\nExperience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing support\nExperience developing and executing operational plans, projects, or process improvement initiatives\nExperience analyzing operational data and driving business decisions.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment\nExperience partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Finance, and Commercial teams\nExperience supporting new product introductions, product transfers, or product lifecycle management\nExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms\nAPICS Association for Supply Chain Management certification, including Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).\nPhysical Job Requirements\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.\nRecruitment Fraud Alert\nWe are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
