An internal growth story has created an opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join Medtronic’s high performing Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) business based in Sydney. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager role is an exciting opportunity to combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and passion for innovative healthcare technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and sales growth of Medtronic's ENT portfolio by partnering with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare stakeholders across your assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, nursing staff, and hospital decision-makers, becoming a valued clinical and commercial resource within the specialty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of ENT procedures through effective territory planning, account development, and targeted customer engagement.
  • Provide expert product support in the operating theatre and clinical environment, ensuring healthcare professionals are confident in the use of Medtronic's innovative ENT technologies and surgical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and training programs that enhance customer expertise and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical teams to understand procedural challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall procedural success.
  • Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the ENT landscape to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Medtronic's market position.
  • Execute strategic business plans and market development initiatives to accelerate portfolio growth, increase product utilisation, and expand access to innovative ENT therapies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering clinical insights and market feedback, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product Development teams to shape future innovations and commercial strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ENT disease states, surgical techniques, and healthcare pathways to effectively position Medtronic's solutions and deliver meaningful value to customers.

Required Qualifications

  • High school certificate (Year 12) is minimum requirement
  • Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within ENT, surgical, operating theatre, or a related healthcare specialty.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and business meetings.
