Our vision is to inspire and empower people in our communities to heal, live and function better.\n Position Summary\nTVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Wellness Event Coordinator (WEC) for our corporate location in Oak Brook, IL. Our Wellness Event Coordinators work within our Sales Department to support the success of Chiro One Wellness Centers' patient acquisition events.\nThe WEC is responsible for developing event opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, coordinating events with client organizations, and supporting the event process through execution. This role manages essential communication between the Business Development Team, Wellness Sales Representatives (WSRs), and client organizations to support customer satisfaction, successful events, and continued business relationships.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nFollow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and develop new wellness event opportunities. \nResearch and identify prospective organizations and accounts for future events. \nManage leads and event opportunities through consistent follow-up and effective pipeline management. \nCommunicate with client organizations to coordinate and confirm event details, including date, time, location, and setup instructions. \nBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing client organizations to support future business and community event opportunities. \nCoordinate with Wellness Sales Representatives to provide event information, updates, and changes needed for successful execution. \nMaintain accurate client, event, lead, and activity information in Salesforce. \nProcess and coordinate event-related paperwork, including sponsorship applications, invoices, payments, insurance requests, contracts, and approvals. \nPartner with internal teams to ensure required payments, approvals, signatures, and other deliverables are completed. \nCommunicate with prospective client organizations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wellness event opportunities. \nContribute to individual and team goals through event development, relationship management, and consistent follow-up. \nUphold and demonstrate company core values, tenets, and commitments. \nBenefits:\n Compensation & FinancialBi-weekly pay cycle\n401(k) Retirement Savings Program with employer discretionary matching\n\nBenefits & WellnessMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nLife and disability insurance options\n\nWork-Life BalancePaid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick days\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nStrong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to work effectively within Salesforce or another CRM. \nStrong phone presence and engaging communication style. \nStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. \nHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. \nComfortable conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective client organizations. \nPersistent and positive approach to prospecting and relationship development. \nPreferred Qualifications\nBusiness development, inside sales, or sales support experience. \nExperience with Salesforce or another CRM. \nCustomer service, customer success, call center, or event coordination experience. \nExperience managing leads or a sales pipeline. \nComfortable working in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. \nJob Competencies\nRelationship building and customer engagement. \nLead development and follow-up. \nProblem identification and objection resolution. \nStrong verbal and written communication. \nExcellent listening skills\nOrganization and attention to detail. \nSelf-motivation, initiative, and consistent follow-through \n Disclaimer\nAll team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
