In this role, you’ll connect with prospective patients at expos, businesses, retail locations, community events, and wellness screenings, educate them about chiropractic care, and help introduce them to Chiro One.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThis is a salaried sales position with uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance.\nTotal compensation averages around $90,000 annually for this market, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.\nYou'll also receive:\nMonthly travel allowance\nExtensive initial sales training and ongoing development\nMedical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k)\nPaid time off and holidays\nComplimentary chiropractic care for you and eligible family members\nThe support of an established team of 30+ Wellness sales professionals\n What You'll Do\nAs a Wellness Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new patient appointments through face-to-face community engagement. You'll:\nRepresent Chiro One at wellness screenings, businesses, retail locations, community events, and other local venues\nStart conversations with prospective patients and educate them about spinal health and the potential benefits of chiropractic care\nUse discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to identify prospective patients and understand their needs\nConvert qualified prospects into scheduled new patient appointments\nDevelop and execute strategies to increase new patient acquisition in your market\nConsistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals\nCollaborate with fellow sales team members and clinic teams to support continued growth\nQualified Candidates will have:\n1-3 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience is preferred\nHigh school degree required with a college degree preferred\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nThe ability to collaborate with team members and external event partners to achieve results\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nReside in or near the region listed in the job post\nA reliable, personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record\nExperience working in a Health and Wellness field is desired but not required\nBi-lingual is a plus\n Disclaimer\nAll team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
