Works with hospital leaders to identify alternative products in these instances.\nApproves and codes vendor invoices for service or inventory received and submit for payment.\nCompletes accurate transactions in hospital management system for inventory used in-house, expired drugs, transfers, returns to vendor, and other as needed.\nCompletes daily cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity 100% throughout the month.\nWorks alongside Operations Partner to analyze and explain inventory variances.\nFacilitates repairs of smaller medical equipment and maintains repair tickets in asset management system.\nComplies with regulatory agencies requirements. This includes but is not limited to DEA, SBOP, FDA, OSHA, etc.\nMaintains inventory of controlled substances including checking into management system, daily audits, and final destruction.\nCompletes monthly calibration of in-house laboratory equipment.\nAssists on coordinating transport needs between hospitals, as requested.\nCompletes assigned projects to improve hospital processes.\nParticipates in new hire orientation and Doctor Onboarding processes for Operations.\nFunctions as the hospital point of contact for the operations team during normal business hours.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nInventory experience in a medical environment preferred\nWorks successfully as a team member and autonomously\nWorks efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nMotivated to help drive change.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills\nDetail oriented, quality focused, and self-motivated.\nDemonstrates sense of urgency while maintaining composure\nAble to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending.\nAble to lift 50 pounds.\nFlexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary.\nStrong acumen with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other various software platforms.\nPerks and Benefits include:\nComprehensive Health Benefits\nVision and Dental\n401k with Employer Match\nPaid Time Off (PTO) \nEmployee Pet Discounts \nElective Short-Term Disability\nLife and Accident Insurance \nCompensation: \n This position has a hiring range of $20.00 to $30.00/hour based on skills and experience.\nCome as you are.
