You'll analyze channel performance, identify opportunities for investment, investigate conversion funnel issues, and turn data into recommendations the team can act on.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze the performance of paid and organic marketing channels and individual campaigns.\n\nRecommend how to allocate paid marketing spend across channels and campaigns.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition performance and conversion funnels.\n\nInvestigate funnel drop-offs and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion.\n\nInvestigate issues and discrepancies in marketing data to improve reporting accuracy and reliability.\n\nMonitor marketing attribution and help resolve measurement gaps and issues.\n\nPlan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B and A/B/n experiments in collaboration with the team.\n\nServe as a data-driven advisor to our cross-functional Demand and Supply group, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst.\n\nExperience in marketing analytics within B2C HealthTech, telemedicine, subscription-based digital products, or e-commerce.\n\nRecent hands-on experience in web marketing analytics, with a focus on paid acquisition, website conversion funnels, attribution, and marketing ROI. Experience limited to mobile or desktop applications does not meet this requirement.\n\nExperience analyzing marketing performance in US, European, or other international markets, with an understanding of how market differences affect acquisition performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL; experience using Python for data analysis.\n\nExperience with event-based web analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with BI tools and building dashboards.
