This role is pivotal in ensuring that our platform architecture remains robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business objectives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.\n\n- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.\n\n- Use Glide APIs, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and GlideSystem for ServiceNow development.\n\n- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions.\n\n- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external and enterprise applications.\n\n- Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules and related customizations.\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow applications.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and upgrade-safe approaches.\n\n- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM and HRSD, with a deep understanding of the platform's underlying data architecture.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and server-side scripting, including the ability to write efficient GlideRecord queries and complex Business Rules to meet unique business logic requirements.\n\n- Proven experience in designing and consuming REST APIs to facilitate complex integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.\n\n- Strong capability in modern front-end development using ServiceNow UI Builder to create high-impact, user-centric portal experiences.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations in a client-facing capacity.\n\n- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a remote or distributed team environment.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a 5 -
