But what we’re most proud of is the feedback we get from users: “I finally found someone who gets me.”\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team of 5 to help build the next stages of the Meela platform. You'll be working on features that directly affect how users find and connect with their ideal therapist - from onboarding flows to therapist matching logic and ongoing communication tools. Your work will directly shape the user experience for both clients and therapists.\nThis is a hybrid role that is based out of our Stockholm office.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nBuilding modern, user-friendly frontend features with TypeScript and Solid.js\n\nDeveloping robust backend services in Rust and shaping how our systems evolve\n\nCollaborating closely with product and design to deliver experiences users love\n\nContributing to technical decisions that guide our overall architecture (we welcome all idea and voices!)\n\nTroubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and optimising performance when needed\n\nStepping into different parts of the stack when required - startup life keeps things varied!\n\nWhat we're looking for\nAn experienced full-stack developer with a genuine interest in mental health and building tech that makes a difference\n\nComfortable (and happy) working both backend and frontend\n\nExperience working with Rust (in work or personal projects)\n\nGood understanding of relational databases and SQL (we use Postgres)\n\nStrong background in TypeScript, ideally with some exposure to frameworks like Solid.js\n\nFamiliarity with GraphQL or enthusiasm to pick it up quickly\n\nSomeone who thrives in a fast-moving, iterative environment\n\nA problem-solver who can work independently but enjoys collaborating with others\n\nClear communicator who enjoys collaboration and shared ownership\n\nMotivated by impact and purpose - not just code\n\nHiring process\n1.
