to analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical implementations.\n\nExperience with debugging, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and defect resolution.\n\nUnderstanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and change management.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nNice to have\nExperience working with mainframe environments, including JCL, DB2, CICS, and SQL.\n\nBackground in banking, financial services, or other transaction-intensive environments.\n\nFamiliarity with application performance optimization and production support.\n\nExperience with version control, deployment processes, and technical
